The idea of mentoring, a personal teacher, transmitting experience and helping to understand this or that matter has always existed in our tradition. Strong environment, self-development, mutual aid- are the main ideas of our community. It is equally possible to learn from the mistakes of others and the successes of others.

Regularly, our mentors hold a personal meeting with a Club member, where they help to look at the situation from the outside and answer any questions of interest.
